For the preparation of your financial statements and taxation we require the following information and documents:

• Bank Statements for the period of which it relates to.
• Details of your income during the period
• Details of your expenses incurred for the period
• Any loans or dividends
• Any taxes, returns, NI or VAT paid
• Assets owned, details of the date it was purchased and how much you paid for them
• Your PAYE number
• Your VAT number ( If applicable)
• Your corporation tax number
